Langrisser V
LANGRISSER V
THE END OF LEGEND
Introduction[edit]
Langrisser V is the final entry in the original run of the Langrisser series. It tweaks the judgment system introduces in Langrisser IV and introduces a half-step system for the map tiles, but keeps the other core elements of the Langrisser Battle Engine. This game picks up near the end of the events in Langrisser IV and deals with the mysterious Sigma.
Sigma Σ-066 and Lambda Δ-052 are two artificial clones who have just been awoken in Gizarof's lab, which has been infiltrated by Lainforce. Sigma and Lambda escape to try and heed the programming that Gizarof has implanted. Along the way, they will be swept up with political struggles of Kalxath, the rebelling three provinces of Regenburg, the schemes of the Velzerian Evils, Geier, Grove, and Feraquea, but ultimately the plans of the Crimzonia Lainforce.
